Update

The consensus process has stalled on the Swellchain-Testnet network. Consensus will resume as additional validators come online. Transactions will not be mined in the meantime, but historical blockchain state can still be queried.

We have observed degraded performance on some Swell Testnet Peer-to-peer Network endpoints, manifesting as elevated response times for a portion of users accessing the listed components. We are currently investigating to pinpoint a root cause and remediate.
